Kitchen and dining

The gite has an attractive fully equipped kitchen diner with exposed beams and decorative fire place.

The dining table will seat 4 or 6 comfortably.

Living rooms

A good sized lounge with 3 seater sofa, a bed settee and 2 armchairs.

A flat screen tv with free sat and dish directed to the Atlas satellite to provide UK television programmes and French tv there is a DVD player and numerous DVDs, a quantity of indoor toys to keep the children happy plus a bookshelf providing puzzles and games.

First floor

A double bedroom on the 1st floor with looking out over the countryside. Shelves and a hanging rack.

1 Bathroom with white suite. Shower over bath

Stairs leading to a large twin room on the 2nd floor with skylight windows. Chest of drawers and clothes rail.

Garden and outside

Standing in its own plot there is a large garden to the rear and side and a driveway. On the patio sits table, chairs and two loungers a bbq is available.

Parking for 2 cars

Guest access

A key safe is installed at the entrance of house. Code provided on booking. Especially useful if arriving out of hours. Host will greet visitors on arrival when ever possible and if desired.

Other things to note

The stairs to the twin bedroom are steep and not suitable for very young children or people with mobility problems. Pictures available on listing
